We do recommend sewing the patch on for permanance.

Size approx: 100mm x 35mm - Name will be adjusted to fit the size of the patch recommended approx 11-14 characters.

How To Order:

Please select your cloth colour and thread colour from the drop down options colour charts are available on the listing photos. Then add the name of your choice in the box provided

Please double check all spelling before submitting your order.  Please bear in mind we embroider what you send - if we receive your details in all capitals (as the image) it will be made in all capitals if we receive it in lower case or a mix of upper and lower case it will be made as you send it.
