Product Description:

 Shadow effect Initial cloth circle patch

 80mm across

 Made from top quality cordura fabric and finished with a heat sealed edge and iron on backing.

How To Order:

• Select your background fabric colour (a colour chart is available to see in the listing photographs please note that colours will vary due to screen resolution)
• Add your personalised initials (no more than 3 characters), stitching colours (main text and shadow text) in the personalisation box.

Important Notes:

When ordering a personalised patch there are some important details to remember.

All lettering will be in capitals please see characters available in the image above

No more than 3 letters to ensure the text is clear and legible.

Please ensure you add your stitching colour of the main letter and the shadow along with your text details.

If we have not received all the details to complete your patch we will message you, if we do not receive the details we need to produce your order in the time it needs to be dispatched we will cancel your order.  So please keep an eye on your inbox.

Backing:

Iron on - This is a thin layer of glue that is activated by heat.  This is only a temporary fixing and is highly recommended that you sew on your patch for permanence.  Instructions will be included in your order - please follow them.  If you have any problems please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Iron On Instructions

PLEASE NOTE - IRON ON IS ONLY DESIGNED TO BE TEMPORARY FIX.

Do NOT use on fabrics (low melting point) such as nylons, vinyl's, or leathers. Iron may scorch leathers and suede’s also leathers etc, have natural oils that interfere with the adhesion.

1) Garment should be clean & freshly laundered.

2) Set iron to "COTTON", hottest setting with the steam turned OFF.

3) Thoroughly iron area of garment where patch will be placed to dry the area.

4) Place patch on garment, embroidery facing up (Glue side down).

5) Place cloth or light towel (we used Greaseproof paper) over patch and press firmly for 30 seconds.  Please allow longer for our felt fabrics (especially black) as they are thicker fabric and would need longer for the heat to penetrate the adhesive.

6) Allow patch and surrounding area to go cold before moving.

7) If edge of patch can be lifted, please repeat step 5 and 6.

Longer lasting results can be achieved with a heat press.

ONCE PATCH IS FIXED IN PLACE WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND A RUNNING STITCH AROUND THE EDGE TO FIX PERMANENTLY.
